"Rossini's is an Italian gem in the city that's been in business for almost 25 years. They take fresh ingredients from The English Market and spin them into wonderful dishes from both North and South Italy. A wood fired pizza oven is in action every night and their gnocchi with creamy gorgonzola and walnuts is a must-eat."
"Authentic Italian restaurant Rossini's has been dominating the Italian food game since way back in 1994. Check out their menu for an array of different dishes to choose from, although we would highly recommend any of their delicious pizza or pastas. Open for collection on Prince's street and on the deliveroo app."

"22/07/2021: Went to eat here with the family on our staycation this past week. The food was delicious however the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. You could notice that the staff were working very hard to meet customer needs with one being visibly upset at the managers treatment of their work."
"Seriously, when it comes to pizza, these guys can do no wrong. Add a side of any of their delicious chips and you're all set for the evening. Burnt are open for delivery and takeaway and on the deliveroo app from 4pm to 9pm."
"A 19th-century estate surrounded by pristine gardens and a fragrant arboretum, the handsome Fota House provides one of County Cork’s most splendid attractions. There’s a small fee to enter Fota Gardens, but it’s well worth the outlay; there are acres of tropical gardens to explore. You’ll also discover a unique walled garden, an Italian arboretum, a fernery and a lavish orangery."
"The guided house tour will take you on a journey through the grand décor of the principle rooms and behind the scenes to the exquisite boudoir and charming Victorian nursery."
"With branches in both Dublin and Belfast, if you’re looking for an authentic falafel experience then look no further than Umi Falafel. Umi is Arabic for “mother” and thus gives an indication of the care put into each order placed in the restaurant. Falafels are freshly made before your eyes and are made from a combination of 15 healthy and natural ingredients."
"I didn’t make it to Umi Falafel but according to HappyCow, they have plenty of options!. There’s also a location in Dublin and Belfast. ESSENTIAL INFOAddress //11/12 Academy St, Centre, Cork Hours // 12-9 Website // www.umifalafel.ie"
"Street and indoor markets form a significant part of Cork’s social and economic history, and the Coal Quay on Cornmarket Street is one of the oldest. Originally called St Peter’s, then the Irish Market, which ran from 1843 to 1955, the Bodega is a calm spot by day and a buzzing nightclub after dark. The menu features soups and small bites, vegan and superfoods, and Cork-inspired main dishes."
"In the Old Town of Cork you'll find Ireland's largest whiskey bar. The building is a cavernous converted warehouse with whitewashed walls, wooden floors, exposed beams and rotating exhibitions to add to its charm. In addition to the over 600 whiskeys on shelf, they also serve craft beers, pub food and Irish specialities."
